Optagonen

Terms

Terms for workshop enquiries and bookings

These general terms explain how an enquiry can move to planning, confirmation and delivery of a workshop.

An enquiry is not a confirmed booking

Submitting an enquiry allows Optagonen to assess the work. A booking is confirmed only after the content, date, location, responsibilities, price and other practical terms have been agreed.

What we confirm before delivery

  • audience, group size and practical conditions
  • content, duration and any deliverables
  • equipment, room and school responsibilities
  • travel, price, timetable and other assignment terms

Publication and rights

If the assignment includes recording, publication or external use of students' work, the deliverable, channel, rights and necessary consent must be agreed separately before delivery.

Changes after an enquiry

If the conditions change, we use the updated information to decide whether the format remains practical or needs to be adjusted before confirmation.

Want to confirm the practical terms?

Send a short description of the group, location and preferred dates so we can identify what needs to be agreed.
