Information we normally process

• the name, email and role of the school contact
• practical details about the group, location and timetable
• information needed to plan equipment and delivery
• technical information and consent choices related to the website

Why we use the information

We use the information to answer enquiries, identify a suitable workshop, plan delivery and follow up after contact or delivery.

Do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields unless it is strictly necessary for safe planning.

Measuring enquiries from ads

If you consent to ad measurement, OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel loads in your browser. After a confirmed booking, quote or contact enquiry, the pixel and our server may report the same lead event with a shared event ID. Our server sends the event type, time, ID, page URL without query parameters and any OpenAI ad click identifier, oppref. It does not send form text or contact details.

The pixel may store the ad click identifier in the __oppref cookie for up to 30 days and a browser reference in __obref for up to 365 days. We may also keep the click identifier in this tab's session storage. If automatic advanced matching is enabled in OpenAI Ads, the pixel may hash supported customer details in the browser and include those hashes with a conversion event. We have not verified that account setting. Withdrawing consent stops measurement and removes the pixel cookies and our session storage entry.

Retention and access

We retain information for as long as it is needed for communication, planning, delivery, administration or legal requirements. Internal access is limited to people who need it for the work.

Sharing and your rights

We share personal data only when necessary for operations, administration or delivery through relevant service providers and partners. We do not sell personal data.

You may request access, correction or deletion where the applicable rules allow it. Contact us to make such a request.
